The first thing you will notice about Casa Amanda is the stunning view of the warm Mediterranean sea, just a 15 minute drive away – close enough to be accessible, far enough away to come home and relax after the hustle and bustle of either Denia or Javea.
The villa is on 2 levels with the air-conditioned master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, comfortably furnished open plan lounge, kitchen (with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine) and guest toilet on the upper floor. In the lounge the large picture windows allow you to fully appreciate the fabulous view and patio doors lead you out onto the covered terrace and summer kitchen area complete with barbeque to enjoy those lazy summer evenings.
Internal stairs take you down to the lower floor and the further 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a single bed. Each of these bedrooms has air conditioning and ceiling fan and direct access onto the pool area. The bedrooms on this floor share a bathroom with corner bath.
The pool measures 8m x 4m with integral steps and an approximate depth of 1m to 2m. There is optional shading by the pool and sunbeds are supplied.
This wonderful villa has wifi and satellite TV with channels in English, Spanish, French and German – enough to keep all the family happy when they’re not in the pool or at the beach!
Linen and towels are provided for you. The final clean is obligatory and has a cost of €130. If you would like a mid-stay maid service with linen and towel change and cleaning of the bathrooms, this is available on request for €65.
Casa Amanda is on the prestigious La Sella Golf Resort which boasts a 27 hole golf course, horse riding and tennis club. Also within the complex you have an excellent bar/restaurant, small shop and chemist. The fabulous beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping of Denia and Javea are just a short drive away. Your nearest airports are either Valencia or Alicante, about one hour’s drive.
Please note that in order to make the most of the spectacular views, there are several steps up to this villa, unfortunately making it unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.
